My Order is Lost or Hasn't Updated

If your tracking hasn't updated or UPS reports your package as lost, follow these steps:

  1. Order Lost: Contact Newport to start a trace with UPS, which can take up to 8 days. If the package isn't found after 3 days past the expected delivery date, Newport will send a replacement after receiving confirmation from the carrier that the package is lost.
  2. No Updates: If tracking hasn't updated after 3 days, reach out to Newport. If tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, Newport will follow the same process as for a lost package and send a replacement after investigation.
