First and foremost, if you placed an order through Amazo, Newport will not be shipping this order. 

Overall they do a great job getting things to people all over the world, however, some hiccups can happen.  With orders placed directly with Amazon (Amazon Services, LLC), you are purchasing from Amazon’s warehouse and they will be fulfilling your order; Newport will have no control over your order and when it ships.

Occasionally, a customer will purchase a product on Amazon and wait for weeks without the order being shipped.
